Mediterranean Salmon
Salmon is cooked to perfection, laid over a bed of fresh baby spinach, and served alongside an orzo salad bursting with blistered tomatoes and roasted onions, and popping with hints of garlic and balsamic vinegar. A finishing touch of mouth watering olive tapenade features black and green olives and is packed with fresh oregano, parsley, and basil. Serve room temp or reheat salmon only for 10 min in a 350 oven.
