Buttermilk Oven Fried Chicken

Local chicken,soaked in seasoned buttermilk, coated in a seasoned crust and baked until crispy tender.
Served with mashed sweet potatoes and southern braised greens. Heat chicken on a sheet pan in a 400
degree oven until hot or enjoy cold. Reheat in oven @ 350 for 15 min
