Spicy Shrimp Basil Stir Fry

Stir-fried red peppers, cabbage, onions, broccoli, carrots, and kale in a garlic basil sauce with cashews and or tofu over Jasmine rice. This dish is on the milder side of spicy. The vegan selection is with tofu. Microwave portions, heat in a pan or in the oven. 
Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake for 30 min @ 350 or microwave on high for 5-6 min
