Chicken Harissa
Local whole chicken cut in half then pieces marinated in Za'atar spiced olive oil and baked crispy. Served with a curried pineapple chutney, North African couscous with vegetables, spicy Harissa sauce. DF , The Za'atar spice contains sesame seeds
Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake for 30 min @ 350 or microwave on high for 5-6 min.
