Beef brisket seasoned, spice-rubbed, grilled and slow cooked, pico de gallo, chimichurri, red salsa, lime crema, pickled red onion, beans and rice. Corn tortillas on the side, cheese and crema are served on the side. Reheat brisket rice and beans only in oven @ 350 for 15 min
